5 Star Homes partners with California Suncoast Homes to exhibit a new Shult manufactured home at the 2009 San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, CA.  The exhibit is located on the infield area and is on display June 12 to July 5.  There will be experienced staff on hand to answer any and all questions you have about manufactured, mobile and modular homes. 

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1233 sq ft home measures 30' wide by 52' long.  It boasts a huge, built-in front porch portraying a classic, residential look.  The home can be placed on your own lot or in a leased-land community.  The model home is priced at an incredible $99,995 which includes over $20,000 in upgraded features. 

The exhibit also includes a park model, a log cabin home and an artificial turf display.
