KARSTEN DOES IT AGAIN! The parent company of Karsten Homes has announced an extraordinary new program that for a qualified buyer of a new Karsten home, will make the mortgage payments for up to three months should the buyer lose his/her job through no fault of their own. It is called the Payment Assistance Program and it's a limited time offer available exclusively on all new homes built under the CMH family of brands.
The home must be purchased March 1, 2009 until June 30, 2009. If the designated home purchaser (the "Primary Customer") becomes unemployed, CMH Manufacturing, Inc. will advance up to 3 monthly or 6 bi-weekly payments to the lender on behalf of the Primary Customer, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in the following page.
